25 Man Pugs

Anyone having a quick look through the drops from Icc25 will notice some awesome drops like http://www.wowwiki.com/Nibelung , http://www.wowwiki.com/Bryntroll,_the_Bone_Arbiter and http://www.wowwiki.com/Trauma_(mace)

Ive not linked other gear as much of it or similar can be bought through frost badge grinding and tier pieces with there bonuses often make better buys than the ones which look as if they have higher stats. The weapons however are only earned through running the instances.

Do many of us pug 25's? I know i do but many people find it uncomfortable and to be full of unnecessary aggro. I make a wee bet that those who do pug will be DPS as the pressure is no-where near as focussed on us as it is for tank and heals.

Ive found recently that many pug 25 icc runs are pretty strong and ive been coasting through 4/12 but hitting a wall at fester and rot. Still its brought me the axe above and also http://www.wowwiki.com/Deathbringer%27s_Will on top of about 18k ashen verdict rep and around 40 badges. So they've been very worthwhile runs, some better than others obviously.

Ive had to run my pugs at around 2330 game time till about 2am game time, so ive found its, mostly, only older and more mature players thats been in the groups.

I pug 25man runs for 1st wing.

I've had Nibelung drop twice and lost it both times. I will be pugging this every Friday if I've got the time for it.

Ive certainly not found as much aggro in the late night raids ive been doing, guess the kids must be in bed!

For those thinking about giving them a go id really suggest looking at the late evening runs, alot of them will accept a player on the basis of having the 10 man achievement which many have now on the back of the guild run the other day.
