Ive downloaded this add-on myself this week and i found it to be quite usefull.
Its called Mage Nuggets and it will basically let you know when youre buffs run out etc. but the most usefull thing ever has got to be the monitors it gives you about your selected victim target.

Before this add-on i didnt use spellsteal too often but it puts a little monitor in your screen which allows you to see all the stealable buffs :-)
